This Home Staging project, conducted in 2019 for a Guest House, aimed to optimize investment opportunities through short-stay rentals. The focus was on enhancing the overall appeal of the property to attract potential renters. As part of the project, existing furniture underwent upcycling techniques to give them a fresh and revitalized appearance. The decoration was carefully designed with a practical and comfortable approach in mind, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. The objective of this Home Staging service was to maximize the property's rental potential and overall profitability.
